Overview
The API Dashboard gives you an at-a-glance view of all your active RB2B APIs, their usage, and performance over time.
From this page, you can monitor activity, review request success rates, and enable or disable individual APIs as needed.
Accessing the API Dashboard
Log in to your RB2B APIs Dashboard.
In the sidebar, click API Dashboard.
You’ll see a list of all APIs currently available to your account.
All APIs are displayed on a single page — there’s no need to filter or sort.
Viewing API Statistics
Each API on your dashboard includes a stacked bar chart that shows daily usage over the past 60 days.
The chart displays three categories:
Failed Requests – API calls that returned an error.
Requests with Data – Successful calls that returned results.
Requests without Data – Successful calls that did not return any records.
📊 Note: Statistics automatically cover the most recent 60-day period and cannot be adjusted or exported.
This view helps you quickly identify usage patterns, troubleshoot data coverage, and track the performance of each endpoint over time.
Enabling or Disabling an API
You can control whether an individual API is active or inactive using the toggle in the top-right corner of each API section.
To disable an API, click the toggle to turn it off.
To re-enable it, click the toggle again.
Disabling an API will prevent new requests from being processed until it’s turned back on.
Permissions
All users on your RB2B APIs account have access to the API Dashboard and can view statistics and toggle API availability.
Usage data is displayed per account, not per individual user.
