Overview
You can access and manage your billing details for RB2B APIs directly through your dashboard.
This includes viewing invoices, updating payment methods, and changing billing contact information.
Accessing Your Billing Portal
Log in to your RB2B APIs Dashboard.
In the left-hand sidebar, click Billing.
You’ll be redirected to your secure Stripe billing portal, where you can:
View and download invoices
Update your credit card information
Update your billing name, address, or tax details
💡 Tip: All billing information and payments for RB2B APIs are managed through Stripe, our trusted payment processor.
Updating Billing Information
To update your billing details (such as company name, address, or tax number):
Click Billing in your RB2B APIs sidebar.
In Stripe, select Update Information.
Save your changes.
Your updates will apply to all future invoices and payments.
⚠️ Important: We cannot modify invoices that have already been paid.
Please ensure your billing information is correct before making a purchase.
Updating Your Credit Card
You can change or replace your payment method at any time:
In your Stripe billing portal, select Payment Methods.
Click Add Payment Method or Replace Card.
Enter your new card details and save.
The updated card will automatically be used for future purchases.
Viewing Invoices
All invoices are stored and managed in your Stripe billing portal.
You can download or print them at any time from the Billing → Invoices section.
