RB2B APIs provides a secure, passwordless login experience through email-based Magic Links.
This method eliminates the need for traditional passwords and ensures that only verified users can access their RB2B APIs account.
Login with an Email Address via Magic Link
A magic link offers a fast, secure way to log in without entering a password.
To log in:
Step 1: Enter Your Email Address
On the RB2B APIs login page, enter the business email address associated with your account.
Step 2: Receive the Magic Link
Click Login, and a one-time-use magic link will be sent to your registered email address.
For security reasons, the magic link is only available for 15 minutes and can only be used once.
Step 3: Click the Magic Link
Open the email and click on the unique magic link.
You’ll be logged into your RB2B APIs dashboard automatically — no password or verification code required.
What is a Magic Link?
A magic link is a secure, one-time-use URL sent to your email that lets you log in without needing to remember a password.
When you click the link:
Your identity is verified through your registered email.
You’re instantly logged into your account.
The link expires immediately after use for added security.

Check your spam or junk folder.
Ensure your company’s mail filters allow messages from RB2B.
Click Resend Email on the login page to generate a new magic link.
Link expired or doesn't work?
If the link expires before you click it, simply return to the login page and request a new magic link.
My email address is already used for an RB2B account. Can I use it for an RB2B APIs account?
Yes. RB2B and RB2B APIs are completely separate systems with independent account structures.
You can use the same email address to create an RB2B APIs account, even if it’s already associated with an RB2B account.
Your login, billing, and usage data will remain entirely separate between the two platforms.
Can the same email address be used to log into multiple RB2B API accounts?
Each user is tied to a unique email address, which cannot be changed once created.
An email address can only be used in one RB2B APIs account at a time.
To add a user to a different organization, they must use a different email address.
How do I log out of the RB2B APIs dashboard?
To log out of the RB2B APIs dashboard, click the Logout button at the bottom of the lefthand sidebar menu.
