Managing Users in RB2B APIs

Overview

RB2B APIs allows account owners and administrators to manage who has access to their organization’s account.


From the Users section in the sidebar, you can invite new team members, resend pending invitations, and remove users as needed.

Accessing User Management

  1. Log in to your RB2B APIs Dashboard.

  2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Users.
    This will display a list of all active and pending users on your account.

Inviting a New User

You can invite additional users to collaborate under the same RB2B APIs account.

To send an invitation:

  1. Click Invite User at the top right of the Users page.

  2. Enter the person’s name and email address.

  3. Click Send Invite.

An email invitation will be sent to the user. They’ll need to accept the invitation to activate their account.

💡 Tip: You can resend an invitation if the user hasn’t accepted it yet. Simply click Resend Invite beside their name.

Re-sending an Invitation

If a user hasn’t accepted their invite, you’ll see a Resend Invite option beside their name. Click this button to send a new invitation email. The previous invite will automatically expire once the new one is issued.

Removing a User

To remove a user from your account:

  1. Navigate to the Users section.

  2. Locate the user you wish to remove.

  3. Click the Delete button beside their name.

  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Once deleted, the user will no longer have access to your RB2B APIs account or any associated data.

User Email & Account Rules

  • Each user is tied to a unique email address, which cannot be changed once created.

  • An email address can only be used in one RB2B APIs account at a time.

  • To add a user to a different organization, they must use a different email address.
